ther should be 3 power cells in the grave hoard but i can only find 1 bug?

No....? There is only one in the grave hoard, power cells are scattered throughout the entire game and story, you only get all really close to the end of the game. There is never more than one in any particular location.

oh ok but fund a map that says that should be 3 in the grave hoard but yea then i only got that and 1 from underground temple ditetn se any at makers end or mother temple

There are three possible locations for the Power Cell within the Grave-Hoard. If you missed the one at Maker's End you can simply return and climb back up to Ted's office at any time. As for the one inside All-Mother Mountain, you get two chances at finding the Power Cell, once after The Proving and again during The Heart of the Nora.
