There's only one way to enter the Grave-Hoard, but if you are NOT on the quest the entrance will be blocked and Aloy will comment about not getting in that way. When you say you "had to backtrack and lose 2~ hours of progress" what exactly did you do? You provide very little information other than the quest is bugged for you because it didn't update and progress.
Nothing wrong with asking for help, but you have to remember that you are the one with the problem which means you are the one with all the information, so you have to be the one to provide as much information as possible so that others can actually help you. If people have to try and guess what you mean it just slows down the whole process of helping you with whatever the problem is.
Yeah except I gave you what you needed. The quest marker never moved past "Enter the Grave Hoard", and I did not notice until I got past the puzzle door. I tried to backtrack, and only moved it to "explore the Grave Hoard". I was able to move through the rest of the mission, but it never completed, because it never moved past "Explore the Grave Hoard", step 2. So I had to reload an earlier save, since the main quest. Wasn't. Moving.
Except this is the first time that you've made any mention of the quest updating to "Explore The Grave-Hoard" after you backtracked! Nor did you clarify what you meant by "backtracked", except now you say you loaded an earlier save!
I realise this may be a bit of a surprise, but nobody can read your mind! If you don't provide the actual information then nobody else can actually know what you mean!
Try reading.
So unless you say "I loaded an earlier Save" people won't know that you loaded an earlier Save. Besides, you're the one asking for help and getting snippy because you weren't entirely explicit and used some ambiguous wording.
And speaking of ambiguous wording, is it still bugged out for you, or did loading an earlier save fix it?
So that simply indicates that you might have somehow failed to actually EXPLORE the Grave-Hoard. That doesn't mean the quest is bugged, it just means that you didn't complete things correctly, which would have then prevented the quest from updating! Did you miss doing something? Nobody can know because you seem to be very reluctant to provide actual details of what you did and/or exactly what happened! *shrug*
YOU are the one who had a problem! Nobody can do much to help you if you refuse to even answer simple questions and provide some actual details and/or information. Nobody wants to waste their time trying to guess what you might have done, or what you might have missed, or what you didn't do, or whether the game itself might have messed up somehow!
Now when I return no mobs spawn, the door to the boss room stays locked and the quest indicator doesn't move from the main entrance.
Tried looking for a save editor that can modify quest status but can't find any. I didn't realise the quest was bugged until a lot later so ended up losing all my previous saves.
