Character constantly moving and other bugs

Can anyone help me with a bug where character is constantly moving on its own. I can control where she moves but not stop her. During this bud if I try to do other things, like heal, drink a potion, or change weapon, that will happen very slowly, or only after I forcibly stop her movement bu hitting in to something.
During combat this bug gets me constantly killed. Game is unplayable at this point as the bug is now happening continuously...

Are you on a wireless controller? Did you try it wired? Is it charged all he way?

I had that happen one day, it was odd. My controller didn't indicate it was low, but because the issue kept happening I figured it wouldn't hurt to plug in it. It was fine plugged in, and after it was 100% charged it was fine wireless again.

Sorry, I am playing on PC using keyboard and mouse.

No idea how that can happen with kb+m but on a controller maybe.
Since it started gradually and increased over time, that makes me think it's hardware
I'd try un-pairing and re-pairing the controller, try a different connection method (wired vs wireless) and also check to see if your controller can be calibrated.
If you have access to a different controller, try swapping.

I don't have a controller unfortunately to do any of that.

Check your settings/controls in HZD, especially "Sprint on/off" - what's the setting there?

I tried all kinds of settings. I tried to play on arrows instead of W A S D, nothing helped.
It is prominent during battle and after cut scenes. if I don't have the bug active once I start the game, the moment there is a cut scene or I go in to battle it starts. I just barely now managed to survive the battle I've been replaying for ages and noticed all controls are happening but slow. Like if I hit roll I will eventually roll like 10 sec late. I manage to time itand had some luck, but no way I could continue like this. This is refund time.

Sprint is Toggle but I also tried other option on that, when it is automatic.

you have serious latency, is your computer fast enough to play this game? try different ports for mouse and keyboard.

All the settings have been lowered and during this issue there is no cutting, or slowing down, like the game is struggling. Everything is happening in normal speed it is just controls are either not responding or lagging.

I did not.
I just got the game like 2 days ago. Keyboard uses standard keyboard driver and this never happened with any other game.

I just verified the game files and tried. All went well until I override a strider and mount it and it just started walking in all directions without any control. It agroed other ones which kicked me off and then the character continued to just run without any control again. Not just in straight line but all over the place. This is a game bug for sure, I played all day 1 without much incidents but now they are constant.

Are your keyboard and mouse bith wireless? If so it could be as simple as just needing to recharge/replace the batteries.

2 ideas from my side, though this didn't happen to me:
1. I would try to change all weapons / cloth and check if it stops (2 rigid bodys pushing themselves away, did happen to me when programming)
2. try to load an earlier save where you didn't experirience that issue.
