swapping outfits with Aloy adjustments tool do not work anymore

wanted to replace the shield weaver with nora brave but when i do that the game remains stuck on loading....has anyone experienced the same problem??

Stuck on loading? No.
When I swap outfits in combat (Aloy must be realy fast at dressing to pull that off) I often get a few seconds of loading, but never stuck.

you can basically swap armor appearance...like for example giving shield weaver the nora brave outfit look

Ah ok I misunderstood you.
Didn't know this existed.

Did anything change before the problem showed up? Installed another mod, new GPU driver?
There hasn't been a update for this game for a while, so I rule that out.

Standard things to do (you probably already did but one never knows):
Verified game data?
Reinstalled that mod?

When you say it "do not work anymore" was it working for you previously or is this the first time you've tried using it and you're just assuming it's not working for everyone?

Did you follow the instructions correctly? Have you tried resetting the Outfits and/or removing the mod to verify the game loads fine without the mod installed? Are you using the latest version of Aloy's Adjustments (1.8.0) and has it auto-detected your game directory correctly?

Asking for help is fine, but you're not really providing much information for anyone to be able to actually help you.

i did all of the above except removing the mod..now i will try swapping non modded outfits. EDIT:same...swapped shield weaver for another non-modded outfit and i got infinite loading screen

Then try removing the mod and then run the game without the mod installed. Load your save game and try changing outfits.

Have you made any other changes using Aloy's Adjustments? Changed any other outfits or used any of the other options (NPC Model Swapping, Upgrades, Ammo Upgrades, etc) to make other changes to the game?

Not really sure you're going to get much in the way of help for this here. Having checked the GitHub site for Aloy's Adjustments I see there's an existing reported issue with the outfit swapping causing problems that was posted there back in May! Makes me wonder if the dev has simply moved on to other things. It may simply be that the outfit swapping is indeed broken which means you just can't use it.

I use Aloy's Adjustments myself but only for the Upgrades and Ammo Upgrades, never had any problems with those.

I had attempted using it also recently with infinite loading screen as a result. Comments on the post were saying its outdated.

Yep I noticed. Seems like it's not compatible with the latest version of the game
