The fog in this game is just too much, it's absurd that they thought this would be okay.

What's the point of having such a stunning world with high view points when you can't see half of it? Why bring it to PC then not add the option to remove it?
This seriously needs updated because i'm tempted to not finish the game at this point and definitely won't be buying Forbidden West if it's the same.

It's called weather effects. Sometimes there's fog/rain/snow/sand storms, somethimes it's clear.

I know what it is and it's horrible. Easily the biggest complaint about this game. It needs fixed or the ability to turn it off.

Just go on a different quest and come back later when the weather is more suited for you. Some players don't like that the game has night times in it or the sun is to bright and causes reflections off something.

I think some people need to go outside more and see what the real world looks like at different times of the day and year instead of whining about the conditions in front of them on their screens.

this is subjective ofc. But I like the changing weather.
And it doesn't prevent me from getting spectacular views.

Weather is fine. Changing weather is fine.
Having it constantly blocking the view in game is not. The fog is horrible at ALL TIMES and is ALWAYS THERE.
The rain also doesn't look realistic either.

Except this game doesn't really look anything like how real weather looks so your condescending take is null.

What are your PC specs, and what graphics settings you using?

I don't see that constant fog all the time, no.
Your screenshots show very low quality, but is hard to tell as camera is far.

The weather changes fairly quickly. I was trying to clear a bandit camp in the DLC area, it was snowing. It turned into a blizzard with near whiteout conditions for a little while. I couldn't see anything, but nether could they. I just chilled out for a little bit, the snow cleared, and I was off passing out headshots again.
