Complete Edition Bonus Items

I just accidentally watched on youtube that there's a bonus item on the HZD Complete Edition which he claimed on the merchant near Varl at the beginning of the game.
But when I tried to visit the merchant there's no such item as what I saw on the video.
I also checked the HZD store page on steam and they did say in detail that this game
INCLUDES:
• Horizon Zero Dawn
• The Frozen Wilds expansion
• Carja Storm Ranger Outfit and Carja Mighty Bow
• Carja Trader Pack
• Banuk Trailblazer Outfit and Banuk Culling Bow
• Banuk Traveller Pack
• Nora Keeper Pack
• Digital artbook

Where I can claim it?
[UPDATE]
I've tried to play a New Game (not plus) and do all the quests until I've reached where I have to override the Strider and talk to Varl at the gate and visit the Merchant at the gate right before exiting the gate or before talking to Varl, it was all there the bonus outfit is in Treasure Boxes section.
• Carja Storm Ranger Outfit and Carja Mighty Bow
and
• Banuk Trailblazer Outfit and Banuk Culling Bow

As for the
• Carja Trader Pack
• Banuk Traveller Pack
• Nora Keeper Pack
you can claim those packs from Karst the NPC or the merchant where we got the first Tripcaster, also in the Treasure Boxes section too.

Still can't find the Digital Art Book, don't know where to claim that one if you know please comment here and when you do please be specific because we don't know where it is if you just say

Sadly we can't claim it in NG+ because when I play on NG+ I can't find all of these items from the same merchant by the gate, there's no way I'll play from the scratch again just because I wanted these items I'm already reach 100% completion in NG+ UH it just too many works to do.
So be sure to claim all of them at the New Game mode.

They're not really good at stat just a basic pretty basic early gears but hey it's just a bonus also good for photos.

They are available from the trader... I don't recall the Banuk outfits being available but I will go back and check.

Where's the location?

The packs are from any traders, the armors are from the first traders (and all others after them) you meet once you leave the Embrace.

Should I get them all from New Game? Because the I'm in the NG+ and I couldn't even get one of them, searched all the available merchants in Nora but couldn't find one.

So I found the Digital Art Book, it's located in the game files
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Horizon Zero Dawn\Digital Art Book
I put it in D drive, if you put the folder in C or by default it probably under C:\Program Files etc

case closed, I found all the complete edition bonuses!

about this "leaving the embrace" thing. I am in the part where I just fell from the cliff and woke up inside the mountain, is this still far off from that leaving the embrace part?Thank you for answering.

Any trader will do. Once you leave the mountain/embrace.

"Leaving the embrace" is exiting through the gates in the wall that limits you in that first chapter of the story and start to explore the wider map.
