Deep Secrets of the Earth makes no sense (spoiler)

So, in that mission you have to infiltrate the Zero Dawn facility in Sunfall.
Sylens is very clear when he says that Eclipse does not know about it and that he, even after trying hard, could not enter it.
He even mentions how funny it is that a savage Nora girl can open what he could not.
So Aloy opens the gate and enters.
All is ok until that point.
But then, out of nowhere, enemies start entering through the vents. lots of Kestrels from a lot a vents in different rooms.
So either Sylens is a moron or the game makes no sense.
