Trying to get POWER CORE in All Mother Temple

Why can't I get to All Mother Temple? It is located south of Mother's Watch Village but Versh the gate guard has close the gate so I cant enter the city or go back south. How can I get the power core for the Weaver Suit in the cave If I can't re enter the city

When you missed the early point in the story where you can get the powercell, you will have to wait quite a while, but eventually, you will have access to All Mother Temple again.
It may also be possible to cheese your way in, though.

But, like pega said there will be a point later in the story where you’ll be able to go back.

You'll get a chance to get the power core from the temple in a later mission. This will be before you get the mission where you get the last core. So it can be cheesed but it isn't necessary.
