Iirc, that scene is completely pre-rendered, so, probably not part of the game world.

You can go there, however, not normally. Someone uploaded a video where they move around Sobeks home, although they had to use a mod or Cheatengine to get there:

Actually, it looks like it isn't pre-rendered, but running in engine. They just hid the area, as it is only used for the post-credits scene and you are not meant to got there. They did that with other cutscenes, too.

Lol....reminds me of the opening cutscene of the infamous Grand Theft Auto 3 (2001) opening cutscene where you rob a bank .the in-game location is a ghost town far off the borders of the map with broken textures floating in the air

Yup, this scene is rendered in the game engine entirely. The same with the credits scene! And if it's rendered in the game engine, it means it exists in the files and there is eventually a way how to get there.

btw:
you have to close the "cheat" menu again after the teleport to be able to move on site... some people may realise this anyway, i was a bit confused at first ... probably due to my advanced age... LOL
