Random Crashes

Anyone else have the random crashes?

I was doing the side quest The Shaman's Path and I finished the puzzle and was listening to the conversation between Aloy and Ourea and out of no where the game simply crashed.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz

16GB ram

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Second thing is Ram.

What kind is it and what speed.

Last thing is PSU, but with these specs I think a 500W is more than enough with some headroom.

How curious!

Apparently we had the same problem the same day. I already tried to download the graphics and install other versions of drivers without success.

Have you had better luck?

Are you by any chance using reshade?

I use USB speakers called NexxTech Hi-Fi Speaker System

16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (9-9-9-27)

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H81I-PLUS (SOCKET 1150)

my PSU is Antec Basiq VP450 450W Power Supply

I mean I played the game for over 23.6 hrs straight and it only crashed that one time during that conversation but when i replayed it it didn't crash.

If it isn't a reproduce able crash, you're not really going to be able to diagnose what caused it.
