how quick you can unlock ancient armor ?

i have 2 power cells (first from mothers heart and from place where you found focus at begging of game ) but i know you need 5 i think im not very far in game (i have to do nora vengence quest) but im curious do you need finish ceretain mission to unlock location where
other power cells are?

You will not be able unlock the armour till near end of story.
There is part where you have claim up, in order to acces the last power cell, and there is no other way in than progress story mission, witch is near the end.

But you still have to get around 75% of the way through the main story for at least one. The glitch one you are talking about can be accessed wicked early in the story with normal gameplay but if you miss it then you are locked from it until the story allows you to return (at around 85% or so through) unless you use the glitch.

No ... it is possible to get it very early. You will have to use speed-run type strats to break into 3 locations but it pretty easy. I had the most problems with falling through the ice mesh.
