Where are the control config files?

Cannot find them

I want to delete binds to my mouse wheel so every time I accidentally touch it, my weapons wont switch on me. Since in game it will not let me rebind it to anything else or unbind it.

Don't think the config files are user editable. Seem to recall they're more or less encrypted. But, you can find their location here:

yes, they are encrypted, the only game ive ever seen where they are.

It's definitely not the first time I've seen encrypted configuration files for a game.

But I wouldn't be surprised if every (rumored) upcoming Sony PC port has encrypted configuration files. I'm gonna guess that they don't want people colouring outside the lines... Modding their games. Tweaking game LOD values, shadows, anti-aliasing, draw distance, etc. etc.
