The wound healed while she was in the cave and there's a visible scar[imgur.com] where it used be.
For reference, I took this photo during the Frozen Wilds DLC (after finishing the Main Quest) and as you can see, the scar is very apparent and still persists.
It could have something to do with graphical settings (I had mine set to max) but I could notice it in some (not all) cutscenes if I tried.
You have a point though as in the new trailer for HZD2, the scar is nowhere to be seen.
They are OP.
The point is that it's still there so continuity has not been broken.
It's missing from the sequel trailer though. :\
"it's just a cut, not deep enough for a scar" - nope. Cut=scar
I like how you acknowledge it's a video game, but then bring reality into it. XD
As I said, the healing plants are OP.
Modern medical treatment is a joke against that.
These are future plants, they are nowhere growing nowadays. :P
I hope you understand this as a joke. As I think any discussion about how "real" a video should be is out of use.
A video game doesn't have to be real and it either shouldn't.
And as of current tech, it cannot be real luckily.
