How do you start a "new game plus".

All of the information that is out is for the PS4 version. One site said you have to get the "Ended the War Machine Threat trophy". I do not see a "Ended the War Machine Threat trophy" in achievements and I have finished the game twice I only have 15 achievements left, six are the hidden. So how do you start a game in "new game plus"?

you have to beat the game and all the instructions will show up on the screen

I have done that, and the credits rolled. So do I went until the credit finished, boring.

press start --> in the pause screen there should be a point called "save for new game+". Each time you're progressing further in the regular playthrough, you should save it via this function.

After you did, get back to title screen. Starting New Game+ should be unlocked there by now.

P.S.

New Game+ has only one save state implemented and the difficulty will be locked, so you've to decide with which difficulty you want to play entirely through new game+, cause afterwards you can only override this previous NEW GAME+ state (or you need to get creative with saving save states>>)
