Quests before Deep Secrets of the Earth?

I am very overleveled for the mission, although i read on the wiki that doing sidequests alters the outcome/story. As for me, I bought the complete edition meaning that I have access to the Frozen Wilds, and I heard that that impacts it as well. Should I do these sidequests or does it not matter?

Just a few additional lines of dialog that pops up, otherwise there's no gigantic story-changing effects by doing this mission first over doing the others.

I would suggest doing the Frozen Wilds before that mission. You will get some interesting additional dialog that deepens your understanding of the Derangement.

My concern now that I have arrived here is, at the door the guy in my head tells me make sure I am ready as this is a one way trip.

Is this like the restaurant in Cyberpunk, that once you start it, then you go to the end game or can I finish side quests after doing this?

Thank you. There was a similar point in Cyberpunk2077 and that did end the game. Good to know it does not do that here.
