For those who argue there is no issue please watch the video in HD.. I can make more if you want.. the white flickering you see all over the grass when the character moves... Thats the issue..

Completely agree. The issues are real. I had to stop playing. Bleeding eyes are not my thing.... :(
Going into Nvidia Control Panel
Manage 3D Settings
Horizon Zero Dawn Program Settings
Then set Anisotropic filtering x16
This fixed the issue for me.
You can watch videos in this thread - issue is always the same.
But i will reinstall and record again and post it in my personal thread for convenience later
Maybe a close-up of the issue (on the grass) would be better to illustrate it? Or uploading a high-quality video on Google Drive to download manually (to avoid youtube's very low video compression quality).

My only problem is that with vsync off its choppy but with it on its perfect. Even with freesync on, its like that. My only real complaint. Im capped at 75 fps 95% of the time
