How can i command the machine i override to follow me? It's kinda useless sometimes he just stay in same place

There is no way to command overridden machines to follow you.

You can override one and then whistle another regular machine to the overridden one so they fight.
Or you can use overridden machines as mount, if possible which somewhat makes them following you. ^^

Sometimes a slap on the back and shouting a "Hooo" helps the horse move. "Brrrr" to stop when you want to dismount from the the metal horse.

If you override a machine but don't mount it, then whistle, it'll follow you for at least a bit, but I am not sure for how long. It'll also be annoying as it tries to get in front of you so you can mount it easier.

im talking about sawtooth ETC machine that fights for you unmountable machines.
