This patch didn't work. It didn't work like the PS4 version. I only make the texture on the snow. It didn't deform the snow.

My work PC has an iGPU.
If I install HZD on it and try to record, let alone run it I probably would get a BSOD with the text "Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥' retarded?" XD


But as soon as I am being back at home, I am happy to dive into it. :)

I really hope that's just an issue as of the ange the ground was you were walking on.

I had such occasions in the PS4 version too, as there on some rough terrain the snow deformation didn't work either.

Looking forward to make a direct comparison vid again. :)

made a quick recording in the best area possible I believe. seems to be working. Only thing I noticed was a broadhead or two werent making track but maybe there is a limit in terms of how many on the screen? overall seems to work good

Thanks, but that still doesn't look like the stuff I got used to from the PS4 version.

I'll make a proper record of the effects from both platforms, with wildlife and machines too. :)

haven't popped it on yet today, but it's possible if you have things turned up it might appear differently from ps4 because of your higher settings. I guess I'll have to look at it myself later. I remember rdr2 having snow issues when it first hit pc, but it was noticed right away because that game started in the snowy areas. I think it was related to tesselation in rdr2.

Make sure you got 1.03 dude. It should work on all platforms This was a game issue ,not a driver/hardware issue

It works just like the ps4 version imo, try to walk near the grassy area, the grass beneath the snow will reveal just like the ps4 version.

a patch only for "Snow deformation" ? now all the little baby around the world will be happy !!! Snow Deformation yay!!!
