Share your best ways for farming Metal Shards.

[How Much Is The Fish?]

I am currently farming Thunderjaws and whatnot other big machines to stockpile cash for playing the game on New game+ Ultra hard later on.

If anyone has any good spots/ideas how to farm metal shards the fastest way possible please share :) I would appreciate it.

Hunt Big Game seems to pay out more

Stoppers and them bit birds pay out nice.

Huntig big game? You mean Thunderjaws, Stormbirds etc?

One of testing grounds for skill has 1 thunderjaw and 2 ravagers in the desert area. Dislocate the Ravagers cannon, kill ravager and use cannon on thunderjaw.

Repeat with the other ravager.

I'm not sure if their cannon is enough to kill a thunderjaw on Ultra hard but it should cut down on using bombs and arrows A LOT.

early game i did grazers near the first hunting spot

fire arrow first to make em explode and kill more with the AOE blast + harvest arrows

otherwise tramplers herd / behemoth + harvest arrows

Oh wait never mind you mean those gambling loot boxes

Those gambling boxes can be wild, had one that got smaller and smaller 38 times.
