Has anybody seen Nakoa in meridian

after the side quest, a daughter's vengeance, she says to look for in meridian, but i Haven't see her at all

Open up you map, and turn on the quest indicator, then follow the arrows to Nakoa.

he is never in meridian

Late answer but as nobody wrote something useful :
You can't find her in Meridian after you save her, even if she says so. But you will see her in the final quest as an ally, so in a way she is not lying.
