Now that the game is finally out, what has everyone found to be the download size? Is it 100gb like the store page suggests?

final size is 70GB.

the extra 30GB is headroom for the initial shader compile.

Sorry but what do you mean headroom?
You know, extra space between the game and a metaphorical ceiling that you need in order to not crash. When you start the game it compiles shaders, you need a lot of space on your system drive for this. So just make sure you have at least 30-35GB left where your operating system is and you'll be fine.
