Alim is Corsair CX450
And i run it on Win 10 i don"t know if that's what you wanted to know by Desktop.
As it is while it could be better, you're fine.
Depending on how long you've had your current rig repasting could lower your temps by a few degrees
It's well within it's safety parameters, however the R5 3600 is well known to run hotter than it's previous lineup. I've got one as well and the stock cooler that comes with the R5 3600 is rather bad. I advise upgrading to a proper cooler, even one of 25-40$ will knock off about 20 degrees.
One like the "Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO" is best value for money. Costs around 30-40$ depending on your retailer
That being said, GPU's and CPU's, especially newer ones, have a built in safety. If they're getting close to dangerous temps, it'll shut down on their own to prevent damage. Chances of it actually overheating is fairly minimal.
