3600 1080ti here, 60-80 fps @ 2k with Digital Foundry settings.
The games doesnt run as smoothly as it should (lot of benchmark in this topic show that, just look at the different curves fps is not constant) and have many issues (30fps animation, flickering textures and some weird high pitch sounds for me). Better wait for patches.
thanks for confirming.
i'll wait for patches and maybe a sale if they take that long to fix it. lol

Why are you upgrading from a 1070TI to a 2060 when new cards come out next month?!

So I have been tweaking this game for an hour now and I think I managed to find the way to get the least of amount of stuttering:

I've set RTSS (Riva Tuner) to cap my FPS to 57. Setting: everything ultra except shadows, reflections and clouds at medium.

Instead of stuttering every second, I will only stutter rarely now, this is backed up with my 99% percentile in gpu having 59fps.

heres mine, I should really upgrade my cpu

textures High
model quality high
AF ultra
Shadowss Hight
Reflections Low
Clouds Medium
AA TAA
Motion blur off
ambient occlusion High

Pretty accurate to what I get ingame

Turned Volumetric Clouds to High and the average got bumped up to a whole 91 FPS.

What's concerning is the minimum fps. 14? Really?? damn!

The minimum isn't real. It always says my min is way lower than any number I actually see, it's likely the first second of it while it is still loading. 99% percentile numbers are far more meaningful.

Here's my benchmark and settings https://imgur.com/gallery/4av7CRW
I'm using an old driver, but it seems to work fine. Been playing for about 8 hours total and it is playable (with my specs at least, might be different for other people with similar or same specs though). Haven't had any crashes so far either, yet.

There is stutters some times, but they actually don't happen often. It is mostly when I reach a new place. It does also exceed 16gb of RAM so it uses the drive for the extra storage, might also be the reason for some of the stutters :-)

I probably should update to the latest driver to see if it improves anything, but I don't think I will right now because of some of the open issues (of some other games I play) with the new driver.

Full SPEC:
CPU: Intel i7 6700k 4ghz (stock)
GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB - 2133mhz (2x8)
MOBO: MSI Z270 Gaming M5

The game is on a HDD.

EDIT: I really don't get the downvotes on the gallary, it is just to show how my spec handles the benchmark in my case.

Just tried, but it didn't seem to give any better performance. It's the same in my case, very minimal difference. But thanks for the suggestion :-)

EDIT: I might do a proper benchmark tomorrow, while playing. Just to give a real representation of what I actually get while playing

Terrible Benchmark... Just flying through city... No action, no explosions, no effects and it's WAY TOO LONG.

Added a new pic to the benchmark gallery. https://imgur.com/gallery/4av7CRW
The new pic represents actual gameplay, so it is more precise. The benchmark was running for 20minutes while I was playing.

I was walking around, fighting, riding the mount, exploring, etc...
