it may run on it but there is no support for it. so that means they never tested out for bugs or hardware conflicts on it.

Doesn't Death Stranding, which shares the same engine, not work on win 7? I can't imagine one game working and another not when they use the same engine.

There are plenty of games that only list one OS that it supports but it runs fine on previous versions.
