I found a video comparing graphics between pc and ps4, what do you think about it?

The developer's FAQ says that there will be no difference between pc and ps4.

Misleading title. It compares PC and PS4 Pro.

The assets are the same. It is possible to turn nearly all settings up past what is found in the console ports, as well as several settings on that were off.
Higher FPS is still probably the biggest advantage, though.

lol you show a graphics comparison at 1080p over streaming youtube of 1080p content and you expect for there to be any difference at all...really....lol. Download some 4k comparisons if you want o show some difference..1440P at least.

stop trolling. The game had great graphics in the first place. And comparing a 1080p PS4 pro image to a 1080p PC image on youtube is virtually comparing the exact same thing. The textures uses are the same ones. Find a 4k comparison next time.

The game uses the same engine as Death Stranding, and as you remember there was the same situation. The only difference between pc and ps4 is - FPS

We already knew that the PC release won't have higher-res textures than the console version.

However, those videos have horrible compression to them and they look like they're running in 1080p, which makes comparing them pointless.

At higher resolutions, the PC version should look superior to the PS version because the PS version has fake-4K which smudges textures. And in the 2nd video posted I can see some increased details in the PC version's textures. However, the video quality smudges the look of both versions.

PC technologies will allow those textures to look better at higher resolutions even if they use the same textures.

On PS4 the LOD drops off once anything is 10 feet away from Aloy. That's really how they managed to get a game this good looking running on a console at 30 fps.

Can't wait to put it through its paces

I'm not trolling, I'm really looking forward to this game, I'm just saying that there is practically no difference, and this is neither good nor bad

Watch Digital Foundry's analysis on Death Stranding. They did two different videos, both showing how much of an improvement the PC version is over the console.

Death Stranding PC defintelly had better graphics when 4K comaprisons where released. The difference was obvious. The images where obviously better. As soon as such a comparison is shown I will pay attention to it.
