HZD could come out as early as today, due to PS5 event & RYZEN bundle's end date

Above is the documentation for a RYZEN cpu and Horizon Zero Dawn bundle.
The Campaign date for this promo starts June 10, 2020 and ends on June 30, 2020.
And as you can see the code must be redeemed no later than JULY 30, 2020.

If I where to guess I think we could be playing horizon on PC as early as this week, and here's why :

Sony over the years has been very slowly and carefully "dipping its toes" into the PC market. When you look at how this began , they started by releasing all their very minor titles on PC first. Also look at how they announced HZD for PC - by hiding the official announcement within another article. It appears as if they don't want to parade or advertise that they are experimenting with the PC market. Sony is very aware that these announcements have made some of their hardcore fans upset and probably don't want any push back while they experiment on ways to make more money. Since the PlayStation is Sony's bread and butter they are being EXTREMELY careful not to devalue their brand at all, and are quietly testing to see if putting games on PC devalues their brand. ( of course - WE know that it doesn't devalue PlayStation - because of the fact that most people primarily play multiplat's , but Sony is just starting to figure that out )

So I wouldn't be surprised if they shadow drop this game before or during the PS5 event tomorrow - so that those hardcore PlayStation fans who would have been upset over this, are too focused on the event. Either that, or they announce the date at the PC gaming show this weekend.

Personally I'm excited and cant wait to play !

I would place my bet on the game launching during or right after the ps5 show tomorrow. Sony hasn't been too into 3rd party game shows like E3 so I don't think that PC Gaming Show will be an exception.

On top of that Sony nor Guerrilla games isn't listed as attending developer/publisher in this article:

Why code must be redeemed until 30.06.??? It says you will just get promotion Code until 30.06.! And can redeem actually any time... I have few years Steam Codes from Humble Bundle, still not redeemed, but I can redeem them still any time I want.
And actually they can also give not direct Steam codes, but codes to their AMD site, to redeem later on their site to get Steam codes...

Ok I read that yes codes need to be redeemed until 30.06. But it is probably as I wrote, their AMD code to get later actual Steam code.

Releasing in the next 5 or so days would be ideal for me while I have plenty of free time to play video games while being off work, so I hope this ends up being true.

I just hope they do it right, and really nail the keyboard and mouse support, and not hard code strange control configurations into the game that can't be remapped like some games do, and of course, that it will have Steam achievements to further increase my playtime and enjoyment.

Yeah, Steam database is a great source. Also, the game's changelist has just been updated like 3 times within a half hour when it's normally updated like once a day or two, so I'd expect something soon to happen.

That would be hilarious, so you're right, can't see it happening. Unless, unless... 6 month exclusive to epic games releasing today on EGS, then it will come to Steam late December.
