VMProtect basically fires every time the player moves. oO
https://torrentfreak.com/assassins-creed-origin-drm-hammers-gamers-cpus-171030/
As soon as DRM intervenes badly with players experience then things go way too far.
Luckily, my system is way too powerful for minding such stupid anti-piracy measures.

Yet developers cannot believe that players will buy hardware that exceedes their recommended system specs just for them being able to overcome issues with the DRM protection.
I highly disapprove of such dumb measures. At least there is no necessity for two different DRMs.
ESPECIALLY... It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥' cracked!

You cannot protect your game to make it absolutely unable to crack it.
Not even consoles are that secure.
Same. DRM from Steam is fine. I don’t want this game locks me out few years later because I haven’t played it for some time, and use a pirate patch to fix it awkwardly. The same reason I’m not getting Death Stranding for PC until Denuvo is no longer there
If they put Denuvo it will only decrease the number of people who would play and potential buyers of the sequel.
