Give PC gamers a little taste of what they're missing out on. A lot of them are still oblivious to highly rated video games. Horizon is now the best looking game on PC, but it's not even the best looking PS4 game. Porting a game with a cliffhanger before announcing the PS5 superior sequel will boost PS5 sales greatly. Nintendo did the same with Bayonetta. They are crying about not having Bayo 2 and 3 to this day, even though Nintendo is the only reason PlatinumGames didn't go bankrupt.

PS5 is almost here with TRUE next-gen exclusives. PC is going to need 2 years to catch up to the PS5 graphically. Most of the upcoming multiplats will be cross-gen while the PS5 will be getting TRUE next-gen exclusives with proper optimization. Every Horizon purchase on Steam is only funding more future exclusivity.

Well that's false. Uncharted was by far the best game of 2016.
2017's were all exclusives. Breath of the Wild, Persona 5, Horizon, Injustice 2 etc.
2018 went to God of War. Red Dead 2 had the highest ratings but it came 2 years late to PC and is a sequel to a permanent console exclusive meaning we had a superior experience being already a fan of the franchise and blown away by all the improvements. This automatically applies to Metal Gear Solid, Dark Souls, NieR Automata etc.
2019 was boring. Sekiro plays best on a good PC. Last year where you didn't miss out on anything notable apart form Kingdom Hearts 3 and Astral Chain and of course MK11 but you already have a console if you play fighting games.
2020 - Persona 5 Royal and TLOU2 while PC gamers are screaming over an 8 year old port of Persona 4, a portable game lol.

It's not 500 euros. Consoles aren't mid-tier. It's slightly better than an RTX 2070 Super, add optimization and it's on the level of an RTX 2080 super which all developers will prioritize for the next 7 years.

I bought a ps4, and have mostly regretted it, as there were only maybe 4 games I enjoyed on it, and they all would have been better with 60fps and no blur. If ps5 games don't come to Steam at some point, I'll just miss out on them like I did with ps1/2/3/xboxone/switch/wii games. It's simply not worth the cost to me, to buy a console for a few exclusives. Naturally, I hope Sony decides to keep releasing stuff on Steam, but, it won't push me to buy a ps5 if they don't.

Tons of people who played the game think it is ass. I mean you are talking about a game where one of the devs self inserted himself multiple times, including during a sex scene. There are 12yr humor scenes and the such as well. The game is pure ass.

So just because you don't view them as legitimate sources of criticism doesn't mean they aren't.

i think it is a tactic to sell more PS5's they have already said Don't expect all exclusive to come to PC. I think alot of people bind themselves by platform. i have a PS4 pro and a gaming PC. My first platform to go to is PC as i feel that it is money well spent and that game i buy here has longevity. where as the game i buy on PS4, i only have that as long as the console is around. i'm not going to keep that PS4 forever. i only buy exclusives on PS4 because for me i buy for the games. i bought that PS4 when it went down in price. i have had it about 3 years. i never bought a x box because all their game are on pc. i will be seriously re-concidering buying a PS5 based on that fact that although i bought it for the exclusives last time round. i probably won't buying the next one at least not for many years anyway longevity is my main concern, will i still be able to play those ps4 game i had on the ps6. It might sell them a handful more consoles but i think alot of people can agreed that this is the problem with consoles. consoles are limited to generation and they are limited in general.

Huh? Im not gonna defend my purchase blindly just because I have a PC. If I only had a console, that would make me a fanboy like you guys are for only having a PC lol. All fighting games are superior on console. I've encountered almost exclusively Indians and Russians in Mk11 and the game is on the verge of dying.

I have played some Ratchet and Clank games on PS3 along with LittleBigPlanet 1 and 2. Those other games i coudnt give a ♥♥♥♥ about since its not my taste (Yes even MGS)

Most of those games ran and always will run on potatoes. You can't play PS3 games on PC unless you are fine with worse performance than on PS3 10 years ago. PS2 games were hard to run until recently as well. PS4 games won't be emulated until 2024. But yeah, a lot of the games you listed are great since they were made only for one platform, not with profit in mind. But PC doesn't get exclusives like that anymore, so you have no point.

Sony is too honourable. Giving creative freedom can result in masterpieces like God of War, Demon's Souls, etc. but it can also result in garbage like TLOU2. Hopefully they have been taught a lesson. Neil should be fired and sued and Naughty Dog can still be saved if they re-structure themselves. I didn't realise one madman could change a company this drastically. He may have destroyed ND forever. But anyway this has made a lot of casual fans (and most TLOU fans are casuals, the game is generic af lol), aware of the plague and any other developer following in the same footsteps will automatically be boycotted. Neither are there any new Sly and Jax games coming, MGS died, Shadow of the Colossus was a remake. How long did The Last Guardian take from SoTC? 10 years.

Little Big Planet is literally the same game but they added more ♥♥♥♥ in 3 and probably more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ costume packs to suck your wallet empty (EA could learn from that)

Why would i play PS2/3 games on a PC when those consoles sell for like 20-50 bucks (I can buy a PS2 for 20 bucks and the games for 1 and a PS3 for like 50)

Even Aldi decided to sell white 500gb PS4's for 95 euro's in Germany. I dont need to emulate if the ♥♥♥♥♥ cheap at all.

But yea sticking to particulair franchises is the way to go apperently. Thats why we can play Forza and Halo on PC's now. Microsoft knows whats up. Sony will stay behind hoping exclusivity and hopes of people who think a new Jak and Daxter or something else from the ye olde glory days will come.
