The emotional (and finally explanatory) conclusion of an under-rate game series!

Having enjoyed うたわれるもの since it's first release over a decade ago, I was hyped when these came out on Steam, and I'm not disappointed.

CONs of the game - it's extremely dialogue heavy. I found myself skipping thru probably 30% of the chit-chat segments and was none-the-worse for it. Timing for battle CRITs and the view angle during battle can be just slightly annoying, but that's about the most I can gripe about.

The game will take you quite some time to finish, and the ending is worth it (**Playing (or watching!) the previous installments prior to playing Mask of Truth is a near MUST!**). If you enjoy JRPG visual novels (plus turn-based combat) this is a highly recommended series. By the way, great VOs for the entire game. Hold on to your heart (except when laughing) as you see the completion of Oshtor's journey to restore what was lost.

An absolutely fantastic conclusion to the Utawarerumono trilogy, I can't recommend it enough 10/10
