Crashing At Startup

Windows 7 64-bit
3 GB RAM
doesn't even show a window. Just crashes.

The same happens to me.

The first time I installed it, it worked perfectly, but after I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, it won't work anymore, even after deleting the folder with the config that the uninstall lefts behind and doing things: Steam will just say for a few seconds that I'm playing Stacking before saying that I'm not playing anything. No error prompts, no error logs... Nothing.
