Dev Console Tilde Key QWERTZ/QWERTY

set cheats and devconsole to 1 in user.ini. tilde key doesn´t work on QWERTZ keyboard.
on QWERTZ you gotta hold ALT GR rightside from space and press ~. on notepad i get ~ but ingame it doesnt do anything. also tried ° and ^ next to 1 and above tab. doesnt work either since many games have devconsole up there. maybe have devconsole set to different places for different keyboard inputs? or just fix tilde because, it should open devconsole, i mean tilde input is recognized by windows in notepad, why not with the game. whatever games use to differentiate key inputs, it needs to be added to work with non US/QWERTY keyboards.

only way to fix this is currently to set windows keyboard to US and press shift and tilde where ° and ^ is located on QWERTZ
