Does anyone know how I'm supposed to get to the hive

So I've finished the underport when it was first made available to the public but when I went to the end of the underport I found nothing. Does anyone know how I'm supposed to get to the hive?

You need to get a special valve from the Van Deer office, then you have to get to that tower with a giant hole. There you put that valve and open the Hive entrance. You might have some issues on older saves, so use noclip if something goes wrong.
