Quesst 10: Find me? Where is Oran

Can't find the little brat and it seems to block from further progress as there are no more available quest at the guild :(

*edit* found him at last. For those that can't be bothered with this annoying quest:

- First time he is at the weapon smith between 2 crates on the left
- Second time behind barrel in the middle back of the guild
- Third time in the Love park at the right behind a tree (pants sticking out)
