How to install mods?

I tried many times using many tutorials, BUT NOT WORKED. I really want to play a mod, it'd be awesome if anyone shows me how?

I don't have discord, as it too won't work (facepalm). I have instagram as an alternative, my user is Zhilintao_. Follow me and i'll follow back, you can show me what to do on a video call, but no one talks or shows their faces. I know this sounds stupid but i really need some help here!!

maybe the mod is not actualized to the last patch/version of the game, in that case you could try to search a way to get the version of the game that is compatible with the mod
wich mod is it? maybe i can find out what happens (probably not lol)
