i completed the game(pirated) last year and want to buy the game here in steam to complete it legit, when's the next sale for the game? thanks

Try to wait for the spring sale ~(16 March 2023 - 23 March 2023).
There was also a JRPG sale on 14 March 2022, but I'm not sure if there will be one this year. The discount could be 20% or 25% off. Only on the summer sale it was 40%

Apparently, Microsoft's store "has the console's exclusive content" according to PCGamingWiki: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/OMORI

Otherwise we may as well use mods to add that stuff in ourselves, considering OMOCAT and the rest won't be touching the PC version anytime soon.
