New content exclusive on consoles?

Am I hearing this right? Is it true? Console version has been up for hours now but there doesn't seem to be any updates for it on Steam.
Here I am waiting for the console versions to release so I can see the update start and then get a good reason to replay it.
But I guess early supporters are getting screwed over huh.
If it's because consoles version are 10 bucks more expensive then you could at least the new content as DLC and I'll happily pay the 10 bucks for it.

idk ive seen some people say the new stuff could be on pc because we saw it datamined from the japanese patch of the game on pc so if it isnt officially released it could be modded in

Content is on GamePass and Microsoft Store. It seems like Steam is cucking us.

That first link doesn't even work because Omocat hasn't even confirmed that it isn't coming. That's part of what makes this so irritating to us. She made a Twitter post pointing out that yes, we did indeed catch a glimpse of some new content in the console trailer and never followed up on it despite being asked several times now. She could've very easily told us what the deal was right there on that tweet and ended it before it even began but she's still being quiet about it for no reason.

It's an unbelievably simple question that'll take like a minute to answer. Is this just Steam taking it's time with the update? Is this a permanent exclusive to consoles or is it timed? If it is coming to Steam, will it be paid DLC or a free update?

NOBODY likes being left hanging for a long time on problems as ridiculously simple as this. All she needs to do is make the damn statement.
