Does anyone know if you can get striked on Twitch for using songs from Omori as background music?

If their copyright system is anything like youtube's then I imagine not since I've seen many videos about the game that use music from it throughout and they haven't been struck.

The legal answer is yes. As with any copyrighted music.

But chances are that you wont as long as you're not just streaming the ost by itself.
