Missing Game Files

I used to have two game files for OMORI up until my computer crashed earlier today and now both of them can't be found. I checked OMORI\www\save and both file 1 and 2 are still there, they just don't show up on the main menu when first booting up the game. Any help would be appreciated as to how to fix this.

Update: Just reset everything to default settings and got my first save file back but this still dates me back a good amount in the game. Need help with restoring saves that are visible in OMORI\www\save. Along with this, whenever I try to select where this save file would be (appears as blank) it will give me the option. But if I confirm, it gives me the error noise.
