Hikikomori Route Question
So I finished the junkyard mission without fighting Pluto beforehand. does that mean I have to start a new game to continue on a hikikomori route or can i continue?

Pluto's status is irrelevant.

how to get on the Hikikomori route is that you don't answer the door for Kel when you wake up on the first day and you just go back to sleep. It has nothing to do with Pluto just an achievement if you fight Pluto before the Junkyard

You might not be able to get 100% Foe Facts since Junkyard Pluto is an entry in it, but you're still fine.

you have to start a new game for full cheevos. You HAVE TO get Pluto for Foe Facts! its one of I believe TWO enemies you can miss in the whole dang game. I beat the game once blind. Then once Hikiko route, missed pluto, beat it again normo for the cheevos i missed on my blind run (a lot), then had to play through hikkiko ALL OVER AGAIN just to finish out Foe Facts! You'll notice I have 270 hrs played in OMORI, this is why lmao!

As far as I'm aware, only two now: Pluto and the Gator Guys found in The Last Resort. Even though you fight them in the battle against Mr. Jawsum, I've seen reports from people that that fight won't count towards Foe Facts, at least currently, and you need to fight them independently of that boss fight in order for them to be registered. That could be rectified in a future update, however

You can technically miss the foes in Sweetheart's Castle and Sweetheart Dungeon if you make it a point to avoid them during your playthrough and make the Keeper of the castle destroy that place on the final day before encountering them , but I think it'd be really difficult to miss any of these, especially if you're actively trying to encounter all foes

EDIT: it's worth mentioning that Gator Guys will no longer fight you after you beat Mr. Jawsum , which is how these enemies can be missable
