The other "hidden in the files" thing is the (misspelled) names of the ??? enemies (www>img>enemies.) Dorothy is the one on the train (you can actually see it's name in the 2017 trailer,) and Nancy is the one you get by looking at the tire swing in the Forest late game and then exiting and entering. If you can't figure out how to check those files, the TvTropes page for the game's characters lists them in "The Others." There's Dorothy (the quadruped from the train,) Lilly (the mass of eyes from the Abyss,) Cindy (the small humanoid-ish one from the Abyss,) Mercy (the larger humanoid one from the Abyss,) Nancy (the one with the maw from the tire swing,) and Sally (from the picture frame barn, which re-opens at some point in the Hikikomori route.)
They were all apparently Omori's imaginary friends in the original comics, but were forgotten after Headspace was reset at one point in the past, and Black Space has done some Bad Stuff to them.
