Ain't nobody here but us chickens. Missable or bugged?

Just got up to the top of DINO DIG again with an adjusted team to fight the Chicken? that runs away and saw it wasn't there along with a couple dig spots from a previous run. Is this achievement supposed to be missable or is this bugged since every other enemy and spot respawns?

I'm pretty sure they respawn when you re-do dino dig? You need to have a character with >120 speed in order to hit it

I believe that the normal ones on the third level do, but the sole one on the top floor (the only one that counts for the achievement) will not no matter how many times you restart

yup you get one shot at the achievement (and Kels best weapon in the game, making him the strongest character in the non-hikkikomori route)
