Report a translation problem
For me, personally, I found this game's climax to be even slightly more emotionally intense than the climax of LISA (which is saying *a lot*, because the ending of LISA was absolutely brutal). There is one segment I won't spoil that almost gave me a panic attack (for me, very high tachycardia and shortness of breath).
So your mileage may vary. I also suffer from depression and anxiety, so I'm probably more susceptible to these kinds of things.
With all that being said, I think this might be the greatest video game experience I've ever had in my life, and I would have suffered any amount of emotional discomfort to see it to its conclusion.
