(SPOILER) Foot of the bed ''jump''scare

So, at my first playthrough, I found something that I never actually saw discussed or mentioned anywhere. I'm starting to think that I had imagined it all, lol.

Basically, when I went back to sleep during the third night, Sunny looked at the end of the bed as usual, but there was distorted Mari's body and when he looked up at the ceiling, it was her distorted face looking back at him. It was so disturbing, my skin crawled and I could barely look at it. It's not a jumpscare per se because it's agonizingly slow and there is no music, just dead silence...

I went blind on my first playthrough, so I made a couple of nonsensical decisions, but here are the choices I made :
- Opened to Mari on first night;
- Opened to Kel on day 1;
- Didn't open to Kel on day 2.

Did anybody else here ever found it? What do you think triggered it?

i think its a random event that happens at a % based chance, just like triggering mirror jump scares.
