I know I'm not adding much to the discussion by saying this, because others have basically made that point already.
I am very sorry to say, but if something like the F word is a big concern to you, don't even play this game. The themes of suicide, animal abuse, depression and phobias should be a much bigger deal to you than someone potentially swearing. Seriously, get your priorities straight on that front.
This is not like Undertale despite the similarities in genre and Toby Fox's involvement as a guest composer.
I'm a grown man of 26 years and this game threw me into a pit of depression for way over a week.
And the game on a normal playthrough can be over 30 hours. If you want to see it all, plan ahead to spend at least triple that.
