Yes, Omori fans absolutely should also play Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass.

If you got a little old RPG-maker Run-time and Locale-Emulator know-how, finding Yume Nikki fan-games can scratch an itch for more spooky exploration.

If you enjoyed Omori, I would point you towards Yume Nikki and its fangames if you were into its surreal horror, and OFF or LISA: The Painful if you're more into the dark story (though the latter has some goofiness, albeit with a dark tone).

Check out a nice little game called Ib. It's a scary game with a cutesy, coloring book art style and different endings you can get depending on your decisions. Very memorable experience.

I echo those who recommend LISA and Yume Nikki. Both are incredible games.

Mother 3, OFF, Yume Nikki and Lisa are all amazing. If you plan to play Mother 3, I'd recommend playing Earthbound first though. Earthbound is sort of the grandfather for quirky modern-ish RPGs and isn't too similar to Omori, but Mother 3 is its sequel.
