And honestly I think it has lots of sadness in it, but you don't feel despair or anything. There's hope.
Someone spoiled the big twist to me anyway, so I'm not going to bother.
That's a shame. If it changes anything for you, I also had the twist spoiled for me about halfway through the game. But even knowing what it was, I still found myself feeling all of the things the game obviously wanted me to feel at the end. And I still consider it to be one of the best, if not the best, stories I've ever experienced.
