The deck is primarily built for Code Talker monsters with Cynet support cards, easily being able to link summon 3 or more Code Talkers on the first turn. This variation is pretty consistent, rarely getting a short hand for link summoning, but you can mix and match many other monsters and support cards for your personal needs. Using a joint combo of Transcode and Excode Talker makes your board pretty stable, Excode preventing your board from being destroyed by effects while Transcode shields Excode from target effects.

Almost every monster in the deck synergizes with each other making for very stable hands, but a few combos are guaranteed with Cynet Codec up:
Code Talker/Decode Talker > SIMM Tablir or Firewall Guardian.
Transcode Talker > Code Generator to use in conjunction with Transcode's effect.
Code Talker Inverted > Lady Debug for easy access to Micro Coder or other monsters.
Personally I've had a lot of fun experimenting with all the cards in the archetype and it served me well as I went through the campaigns.

Ah yes, I am actually very familiar with this deck lol. The Volcanic part at least. I used to run it back in the day of Tag Force 4 I think.
It's a god tier card in the form of Rainbow Neos. This stupid card is absolutely broken, and is SO EASY to summon out with Neos Fusion, using the effect of Verte Anaconda

This deck excels at doing Special Summons both in the monster and spell zones. Honestly, the only thing you really need to worry about, is getting 2 monsters on the field, summoning Verte Anaconda, and then using the 2nd effect to use Neos Fusion, and summon out the boi Rainbow Neos, and it's mostly all over from there.
If you can summon out two, then you can infinitely lock your opponent out of playing cards.

"Painful Choice" will always save you. It's 100% win ratio deck in your first turn (when you can attack) and you always will summon "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" and "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End" and ofc. "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" or other "fusion" which you can summon with "Cyber Stein" It's really really fun and very simple to use.

This deck focuses on hyper-aggression to accumulate power as quickly as possible by attacking, whether that be destroying monsters or attacking directly or even just bashing your head against a defensive monster, so long as you're attacking or being attacked you will benefit from it. That's assuming your monster survives the fight.
MONSTERS:

Gladiator Beast Heraklinos x2
The general idea, if you can afford to do it, is attacking with whatever monster you have and using it's card effect to special summon either Vespasius or Augustus in it's place, depending on whether you have another high level monster in your hand you'll want to summon Augustus and use it's effect to bring it onto the field for a fusion summon. When fusion summoning you should prioritize Tamer Editor first since it's effect allows you to special summon any other fusion monster from the extra deck.
Vespasius can also be special summoned from hand if your monster is involved in an attack with another monster, which can be great for catching your opponent off guard and giving you some time to breathe. Colosseum isn't totally necessary but it will ensure some safety by raising your overall attack threshold as you special summon monsters from your deck. Respite is also a very nice utility to have if you draw a bad hand or have cards you'd like to get rid of by shuffling them back into the deck for a chance at better cards.
As for traps, War Chariot is self-explanatory as a good negate-and-destroy card, but Naumachia is by far one of the strongest tools in the deck; giving you a way to shuffle monsters from the graveyard or hand back into the deck as while also boosting your monster's damage even further. It's best used by waiting until the battle phase is started when your opponent will have no choice but to walk right into it.
There's plenty more to discuss but I neither have the time nor the experience to effectively explain it all. The extra deck monsters have more nuance to them but that can be discovered for yourself if you decide to try it out.
Honestly, I try to abide by the banlist, and not use any banned cards at all, in case my friends want to duel me. But that is looking like a madlad deck.
Now obviously my current extra deck and even my main deck is a bit scuffed but it's very rarely bricked on me (sometimes you open with a bunch of extenders and no starters, it happens to everyone.)
Buuuut---
----
(Excluding the F.A. bit from them all they all have it at the front.)
3x Auto Navigator
3x Dark Dragster
3x Hang-On Mach
3x Whip Crosser
2x Turbo Charger
2x Flying Kamakiri #1 (searches your entire archetype on battle destruction, it's kinda filling space but still useful as hell.)
1x Goblindbergh (Once again filling space, I'd probably replace this with Silver/Gold Gadget as it's machine type and provides the same effect)
3x City Grand Prix
2x Circuit Grand Prix
2x Off-Road Grand Prix
(You have 3 recursive terraforming spamming tuners to search these with, they won't clog your draws and you can pop them yourself with Dark Dragster or Test Run for free searches plus extra levels.)
3x Downforce
3x Pit Stop. (Draw Power + Fish anything out of the graveyard.)
3x Test Run (Honestly your best spell. Non targeting destruction + deck special summon of your entire archetype.)
3x F.A. Winners. (I don't have generic machine support in LOTD yet so this is deck filler for the most part, but props to you if you actually win with it.)
2x F.A. Dead Heat. Risky, but funny.
--
Extra Deck is just 3 of both F.A. synchros and currently I don't have any clear goals with it. So You'll have to forgive me here, it's never been something I'm 100% on.
Their link monster is pretty decent, but it's in the Varis pack which I haven't opened yet. It has monster negates to pair with Dawn Dragster's spelltrap negates.
I've been meaning to F.A.s lol. I can never understand their effects...Even when I watched Progression series when Gauge played it, made me even more confused lmao.
Keeping certain effect monsters like Hang-On Mach or Turbocharger out is incredibly useful as their buffs are team wide. Turbo Charger prevents your opponent from interfering in the Battle Phase, Hang-On Mach banishes everything your opponent owns when it's supposed to hit the graveyard, disabling most discard abilities as well and thwarting graveyard effects.
