If we look at the previous iteration, it did get the new cards with new anime duels through DLC, it will be that way probably, if anything.

The PC version of Link Evolution is already the first major update the game got since its release on the Switch, which added the last VRAINS Duels, updated the master rule and added all cards until Duel Overload.
