for example 3 blue eyes white dragon you will need 30 times the same card
It does, It would be nice if you got a rebate or simply couldn't get the card and it was replaced with another. I am about 20 cards away from finishing Grandpa's pack but I drew like 20 packs and only got 3 cards)
I just can't help but think of this:
Once again Konami shows they don't give rats about enjoyment.
I try to explain but Not main English so grammar issues warning
I try to give simple example
So, what do I mean? well...there are how many? over 9.000 cards??? So...why is there no HARD cap?
Aka, in 1 deck you can have max 3 copies. So...if you open pack Y, and get let's say, Kuribo, 3 times. That's it. No matter how many times you buy that pack or any other means. You will not get any more Kuribo, but instead, another card, if available, you don't have yet, (like alternative version?).
You obtained all cards from that pack? well, that why is it still available for to buy more if you have all cards?:)
Over 9.000 cards, that means over 27.000 cards if you have alt least 3 copies of each:))
I take it you based your response on the first guy. The first guy was trolling. You can get 3 copies of a card, that's it. The end. If you buy out a pack, it DOES lock out. No more. Unfortunately, you *CAN* still get duplicates beyond 3 while trying to buy out a pack, but they don't count. They just disappear, do nothing. You can't get "more than 3" because as you point out, you never need more than 3.
I based my answer on tons of older yugioh games were I had 9 copies of cards but could only ever use 3.....so i never understood why.... and the rest of my point hasn't change. there are over 20.000 cards you need to get to have 3 copies, aka I see no reason why the digital, virtual, data, not physical, game was programmed to give you a card you already have 3 copies off (including after battle rewards). Like was it so hard to program the game to automatically exchange any 4th+ copy to a card you don't have? (i mean, they did bother creating a hard stop (can't buy more) if you get all cards from one pack... Aka the program to recognize cards copies exist.... So why not just exchange ones you have for ones you don't ) this is what I mean with Konami doesn't care for enjoyment and more.... But hey, spending 15-20+ minutes opening the same pack over and over again, than go to the next one and replete, sure it's enjoyable ans doesn't make people want to use auto pack opening scripts or directly save files.
Btw, sorry for the sarcams, I'm extremely annoyed with Konami always cutting corners for simple stuff that could make the game way more enjoyable (it's like the decision and design are made by people who don't even play the game....)
