This game brings many gameplay and story elements from our beloved Forbidden Memories to modern day (ish) settings all while packing it full of 6 series of Yu-Gi-Oh!
I wouldn't personally pay full price but I'd rate it upto around 50% off due to the graphics and lack of the immersion left from Forbidden Memories, I don't feel as involved with the story, but it does a good job in giving you story decks as if from the episodes throughout. On top of this they let you play using other duelists and their decks, chop and changing as we please.
(As an example, Forbidden Memories had the duel tournament you would enter as you progress through the story and felt like you had more of an impact on the "campaign" mode. Here you don't get that same vibe because it's tailored specifically around the TV series'isses xD)
